You have heard it said practice makes perfect. Then someone will correct it and say, “no….perfect practice makes perfect.” What they mean of course is that if you are practicing the wrong thing or in the wrong way – poor technique, out of sequence, negative mindset, etc. then you will never get to perfect. It’s good advice. But I was thinking about practice in a different way.
