NEWS FLASH: Packaging that says, ‘low fat’ ‘low carb’ ‘high protein’ ‘gluten free’ ‘sugar free’ ‘low calorie’ etc. does NOT mean the product is good for you. You need to read the INGREDIENT list to see what’s in it.
